Look at Ashley Tisdale with her adorable summer outfit. Usually matching is a major fashion dont, but here we see Ashley pull it off with her white shorts and sweater. Her hat and bag certainly add something extra to make the outfit complete. And of course, what is summer without sunglasses? I also think cute top hats like these are going to be in this summer.
